Suite Amenities:
Channel Island Shores offers One and Two Bedroom Suites. One bedroom suite (sleeps 4) has: one queen-size bed, queen sofa sleeper, and
full bathroom. Two bedroom suite ("Santa Rosa" suite sleeps 6 and "Santa Cruz" suite sleeps 8) has: two queen-size beds (two bedrooms or one
bedroom and a loft), queen sofa sleeper, one full bathroom (some two bedroom suites have two full bathrooms), and one-half bathroom or
vanity (some two bedroom suites have two full bathrooms and no half bathroom or vanity).
Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen, VCR, and hair dryer(s). Maximum occupancy in each suite includes children regardless of their age.
Non-Smoking:
All suites and all interior spaces at the resort are non-smoking. For further information concerning the non-smoking policy, please contact the resort.
Housekeeping:
Daily trash removal. Towels or bed linens left in the laundry basket will be replaced. Additional full service cleanings may be arranged for a nominal fee.
Privacy Sign - If the privacy sign is placed on your door, the resort team will not bother you until after 3 pm; however, after 3 pm, the resort team will call your suite to inquire whether housekeeping services are needed.
Check-In/Out Time:
As much as the resort tries, the resort team may not always recognize all owners. Upon check-in, the resort team may ask owners for a photo ID and credit card. If an owner is sending a guest in their place, contact the resort in advance to ensure the resort is aware you have authorized the guest to check-in under your account. General Information:
A car is recommended for complete enjoyment of the area. We recommend you call the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce at (805) 385-8860 for information/brochures on entertainment and activities. The harbor has facilities for boating, dining, fishing and also offers whale watching during the winter months.
Please remember campers, motorhomes, trailers, boat trailers and the like are not allowed on the property. Resort does not have a restaurant or elevator on-site. Sorry, although we love animals, pets are not allowed at the resort.
